I am a newcomer in Canada working in construction. At work, I got into an argument with a coworker who verbally attacked me, and later we got into a physical altercation. Due to my limited English, it was very difficult for me to explain the true situation to the police. I was extremely worried. Got pulled over and charged for refusal.
